Join us the week of September 6 as we celebrate the launching of another year of not-back-to-school! The whole family can play together and celebrate learning in freedom. We have something lined up for every day! These are NOT drop-off events — come as a family!
GIANT PARTY
Tuesday, September 6 from 1:00 – 3:00 at Village Home, 5150 SW Watson, backlawn
Play GIANT jenga, GIANT dominos, GIANT uno, GIANT tictactoe, and make GIANT bubbles. We will have an all-around GIANT pile of fun!
Arrive by 1:30 to get a special gift from Village Home, and get your name in a drawing for a GIANT PRIZE too. We will have a GIANT array of yummy, cool FREE treats too! We will also have the building open, so you can check out the classrooms, reserve a cubby, and get info about starting or being on a TEAM at Village Home. All homeschooling families are welcome! SuperPlay Lasertag and Bowling
Wednesday, September 7 from 1:00 – 3:00, 9300 SW Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy, Beaverton, OR
Stay cool and play it cool at SuperPlay, located just a couple of miles from our campus. As a special treat for Village Home families, you can enjoy your choice of Lasertag, Bowling, and Arcade. Pick any TWO to play for $17.95 per person. Village Home is not providing supervision.

Gabriel Park Playground Picnic
Thursday, September 8th 11:00 – 1:00pm, SW 45th Avenue and, SW Vermont St, Portland, OR 97219
Have you seen the NEW playground at Gabriel Park? It is awesome! Outgrown the playground? Bring your skateboard for the skateboard park, or just come to enjoy the park. Families bring a PICNIC lunch! Village Home is not providing supervision.
Oaks Park Not-Back-to-School Day
Friday, September 9, 12 – 4pm, 7805 SE Oaks Park Way Portland OR, 97202
It is a special day of fun just for homeschoolers from the entire region. We take over the park and enjoy an all-you-can-ride bracelet for just $20 per person. Stop by the Village Home table to say hi! Ticket quantities are limited and are available online starting 40 days in advance. Roller skating, mini golf, and games are sold separately. We advise buying tickets in advance HERE. Village Home is not providing supervision.
