How it Works:

- CONTACT your human resources department to request an employer matching gift form (sometimes this is an online form). Confirm that VH is eligible in your company’s program (VH is a 501(c)3 corporation, tax ID # 43-1980251) with a Gold listing on Guidestar.
- FILL OUT your employer’s matching gift form
- LET US KNOW if your company needs us to do anything to get the funds sent to us. Most companies contact us directly, but if they expect us to initiate something, please let us know.
