Summary
Lutron manufactures many different ultra-quiet, high-precision, low voltage window shade drives that offer many options for fabrics and controls. The shades have many options for different presets, and it appears that they can be programmed to roll up and down at specified times.
Recommendation
We think that these shades should be put around the whole square of top windows around the library, and could also be used on other window if needed.
